Three hundred and forty nine boutique storefronts under one roof. Independently owned, community led, and stitched together by neighbors who believe a marketplace belongs to the makers inside it.
Mosaic Aisles is the next chapter of the marketplace at 5800 South Flamingo Road. Co-founded by Scott Daub and Eric Flayman, two former vendors who know this space from the inside, it was built on a single conviction: that a community marketplace works best when it answers to the community that fills it.
Every aisle, every booth, every decision about who sets up shop here passes through neighbors, not a corporate office a thousand miles away. The result is a place that feels different the moment you step inside. Curated. Personal. Alive with the work of artisans, collectors, and small business owners who actually live here.
We are not a chain. We are not a franchise. We are a mosaic of independent boutiques, and that is the whole point.
A composition of small, distinct pieces brought together to form a coherent whole. Each piece holds its own color, its own shape, its own story. Apart, they are fragments. Together, they are a picture.
The corridors through which you wander. Where discovery happens one step at a time. Not a destination, but a path lined with them.
Our name is a promise.
Mosaic Aisles was named for what we believe a marketplace should be: a collection of independent voices arranged side by side, each one distinct, each one essential to the whole. A booth of handmade jewelry next to one of vintage finds. A coffee bar in the heart of it. A neighborhood walking the aisles on a Saturday morning.
No two booths look the same. That is the whole point. A mosaic only works when each tile is itself, and aisles only matter when there is something worth walking through to find.
Three hundred and forty nine booths laid out across the building, with a coffee bar set in the heart of the space. Browse the plan to see what's available, then reach out about the spaces that catch your eye.
Our final layout is being prepared. Once uploaded, you will see the full marketplace plan here including all 349 booths and the coffee bar.
From handmade goods to vintage finds, home decor to artisan apothecary. Every booth is vetted, every category is balanced, and no two corners of the store look alike.
Vendors stock their booths. We staff the floor. No scheduled shifts, no working the register, no scrambling to cover a sick day. Just space to do what you do best.
Rates will be published soon and apply equally across every vendor. No hidden charges, no shifting math. You see exactly what you pay and exactly what you keep.
We market the marketplace alongside our vendors, not over them. Cross promotion, shared events, joint campaigns. The traffic we build, every booth gets to benefit from.
Industry standard point of sale built specifically for marketplaces. Real time sales tracking, clear payouts, and full visibility into how your booth is performing day by day.
Local events, vendor showcases, seasonal gatherings. Mosaic Aisles is a destination, not just a store, and we are building it as a fixture of the Cooper City neighborhood.
Mosaic Aisles is enrolling vendors now for the remaining booths ahead of the July 15 soft opening. If you want a spot at the Cooper City marketplace, this is the way in.
